We would like to know which 15 stations have detected radiations? But we can safely say that the West Coast up and down have recorded some radiations; but several others must have recorded radiations inland. As long as the public is not informed, the public will be worrying; especially when the President has taken his family to South America as the radioactive plume travels over the US.


France expects the plume on Wednesday, says the ASN.

- Power has been restored to #5 and #6 thus we must assume that the other four reactors are not.

- Workers are still pumping water onto 3 reactors.

- Cs-137 and I-131 have been found in high concentration in the ocean near the power plant and the government is testing seafood.

- NHK reported that radiation levels surpassing 400 times the normal level were detected 25 miles away.

- Some level of radiation in veggies, milk, dust and tap water.

- 9,079 dead and still 18,000 missing.

- And the Chiba refinery fire was finally put out.


- People in shelters need better sanitation.

The engineers did not envision that the coast of Japan would move at least 8 feet eastward and a a foot or two under water: No cable or pipes can stretch to accommodate the move, that is true; but since Japan is located on faults, an earthquake zone and is likely to have tsunamis: GE engineers should not have accepted to build this nuclear power plant.

They are trying to calm the suspicion that inflation is coming, on top of a crumbling housing market. Inflation is coming because the world is spinning its wheels and thus as during the Nixon area we can expect a high inflation; also, due to the most horrible of accidents the food prices will go sky high and the auto makers, who are not doing well will take the opportunity to reduce their work force i.e. GM. Also, it is likely that the prices in electronics will go up and the price of oil can only rise.

Now what are the solutions: the US, has huge empty, unused industrial buildings: welcome Japanese businesses and the Japanese people; Detroit is ready, just move right in. Bulgaria seems to have it right when they would like to open their doors to a million Japanese to whom land in the country side, which has seen a depopulation due to the rise in urbanism, could be donated. These would create a mutual relationship.

The world must move away from the greedy few and towards a sharing of resources, knowledge and respect and HELP. How can the Japanese people not have water to drink and food to eat?

If there is a global economic market then there must be international cooperation; not 'cooperation' as the French, the British and the Americans camouflaged colonialism under in the 40s to today, but based on the fact that we all live in the same troposphere.
