- Highly radioactive water ha been found at unit 1 and 3 raising the possibility that the cores are damaged.
- Three workers were contaminated earlier and suffered burns and 17 have been exposed to high radiation and another 12 had suffered other injuries.
- Unit 1 and 3 are getting fresh water and unit 3 soon TEPCO said. Salt water i corrosicive and leaves salt deposits which prevent the cooling.
