U.S.-born al Qaeda cleric killed in Yemen: officials | Reuters

U.S.-born al Qaeda cleric killed in Yemen: officials | Reuters

It is the civil right of a human to be tried before receiving a death sentence. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Justice is for all, the US is not above the law, and murder is murder.

The US employs illegal tactics from the torture of prisoners to the bombing of sovereign nations. The transport of prisoners to prisons in countries were torture is authorized violates international law and circumvents the law of the United States.

The US bombing of Yemen, Pakistan, Libya are illegal because war against these countries has not been declared, congress has not voted, thus this cowboy behavior must stop. "Terrorists"must be tried in civil courts, not in military courts, and the trials should be televised, the public wants to know.

Civilized nations do not assassinate.

Banana equivalent dose - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Banana equivalent dose - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia: "The concept is based on the fact that bananas, like most organic material, naturally contain a certain amount of radioactive isotopes—even in the absence of any artificial pollution or contamination. The banana equivalent dose was meant to express the severity of exposure to radiation, such as resulting from nuclear power, nuclear weapons or medical procedures, in terms that would make sense to most people."
"

Radiation from other foods

Besides bananas, other foods that are rich in potassium (and therefore in 40K) are potatoeskidney beanssunflower seeds, and nuts;[13][14] especially brazil nuts, which may have up to 444 Bq/kg (12 nCi/kg) — four times the radioactivity of bananas.[15][16]
By the same reasoning originally used to arrive at the banana equivalent dose, one may conclude that all the food consumed in one year results in a total exposure of about 0.4 mSv (40 mrem), which is more than 10% of the total dose absorbed from all natural and man-made sources in that same period.[17] However, the same criticisms raised against the BED may apply to this estimate as well.[citation needed]"
