This is a good update on the Fukushima power plant -Reuters

Radiation is increasing in the ocean near the drain to over 4000 times the legal limit.

Reactor 2 is spewing high level of radiation both liquid and aerosol at 1000 millisieverts/hour; and this unit may take month to tame. looking at pictures published by the IAEA it looks like three out of the 4 damaged reactors are emitting smoke or steam.
