Northern American and Siberia have been under the radioactive plume since March 18th and by the 26 most of the northern hemisphere will be under the plume, and it looks like it won't stop until Fukushima is totally placed under a sarcophagus; but for that all fires must be extinguished and the question is when?

Instead of killing each other why don't all the countries in the Northern hemisphere cooperate to end this environmental catastrophe.
