Few New Jobs as Jobless Rate Rises to 9.8%

The economy added only 39,000 jobs in November, dampening hopes that a recovery was building.

The solution is simple cut the military budget by $400 billion and spend the money on maintenance and creative projects which would establish the US as a leader in urban development and energy conservation.
