Israel approves new settler homes in East Jerusalem | World news | The Guardian

"Israeli authorities approved in principle the construction of 1,100 homes in an East Jerusalem settlement on Tuesday, putting at risk international efforts to persuade Israeli and Palestinian negotiators to return to talks."

This is an act of aggression on the part of the Israeli government and it is meant to provoke the Palestinians. East Jerusalem belongs to the Palestinians. And it is time for the world to step up and stop the building of these new homes.
