This sounds a bit like a propaganda article, after Saudi has helped curtailed Yemen's revolution bringing tanks and invading Barhain with the backing of the US and Europe in violation of international law, it is hard to believe in the genuine interests of King Abdullah in women civil rights. Will their husband, son or brother stand by her and tell her who to vote for?
