Sea food and other food products are being restricted and banned by a growing number of nations. US citizens in Tokyo were told that the US would continue to make potassium Iodide available to its citizens.

I-131 in five water stations registered about 100 becquerel which is the threshold for babies, at 300 for adults. One water station in Chiba prefecture reported 130 becquerel.

In fact the level of Iodine-131 was 10 million times higher than normal.  This are a result of wash offs from the thousands of gallons of water used to try to cool the 6 reactors.
