How many civilian casualties will there be?
In libya we did not have the impression that there were too many huge crowd of protesters like in Tunisia, Egypt, Bahrain, Yemen...; this is probably because the press showed small armed groups, not huge crowds of non violent people demanding change, and very little of anything else. The whole movement sounded more like a coup by the military. Also, we heard the US and Europe calling for non violence on the part of protesters but now they are backing armed groups with their military: I am confused and feel that we are not being told the whole story.
Regardless of the outcome it will not be a government for the people by the people; a new autocratic leader, one Europe and the US can manipulate.
